During the 2019 festival,  The Monmouth Table by Annie Coplestone and Carlotta Paolieri cooked regionally-sourced dishes from noon til 11pm over the weekend in the iconic tipis.

You were be able to order reasonably-priced tapas and sit on the long tables with your family, mates and soon-to-be friends. You were journeying across the region in a matter of mouthfuls. Annie’s passion for locally sourced quality produce and fresh Mediterranean flavours took centre stage over the weekend.  Stay tuned for 2020 action!
