This is what we got up to during 2019…
Join The Riverford Field Kitchen for a veg-centric brunch in the Valley Fest tipis. You’ll be treated to an organic medley packed with fruit & veg straight from their Devon farm. The menu will include some novel veggie twists on breakfast classics, although you needn’t be vegetarian to enjoy it.
We think great food tastes even better when you enjoy it with other people, so guests will share tables & serving platters with fellow diners, true to The Riverford Field Kitchen dining experience. You’ll need to arrive at 9.30am and brunch service to start at 10am. The menu includes:
Buckwheat granola, organic fruit compote & Yeo Valley Yogurt (v)
Shakshuka & freshly baked focaccia (v)
(Vegan alternative shakshuka w. corn fritters)
Hash purples, bacon & charred courgettes
(veg alternative to bacon will be served)
*Vegetarians, vegans & most allergen suffers can be catered for if advance notice is given. Please remember they’re not in their home kitchen so rustling up something on the spot is unfortunately not possible.
There’s really only one way to start your festival Sunday fully fuelled, ready to kick ass and dress up! And that is with a Boozy brunch. Cue: the Yeo Valley Canteen, who will be serving:
A collection of gut-soothing yogurts and Kefir.
A delight of Lievito breakfast pastries.
An enticement of cheese and charcuterie
A temptation of smoked trout (from the Lake – don’t you know?!)
An indulgence of eggs florentine to keep your iron levels up!
All sated with a flute of fizz or a Sunday-bloody-Sunday Mary.
Newspapers and Alka Seltzer optional……
