Why Valley Fest

Not a logo on a fence.
A place in the story.

Valley Fest started in 2014 as a harvest party on Luke Hasell's organic farm. It's still independent, still on the farm, and still the weekend 10,000 people from Bristol, Bath and the South West look forward to all year. That's the audience your brand gets to meet.

The crowd at Valley FestAn audience that chooses carefully
The people

10,000 people who care where things come from

Families, food lovers and music fans who pick an organic-farm festival over the big corporate ones on purpose. They read labels, they back local, and they remember the brands that made their weekend better.

  • Adults, teens and families in the same field — one partnership, every generation
  • A South West crowd from Bristol, Bath and beyond
  • 55k+ reach across @valleyfest, @valleyfestuk and /lovevalleyfest
Family camping at Valley FestFour days, not four seconds
The attention

Four days of dwell time

Weekend tickets include camping, so your audience is on site from Thursday's opening ceremony to Sunday night's last encore — eating, drinking, dancing and trying new things. That's four days to sample, host, entertain and be genuinely useful, not a scroll-past impression.

  • Sampling and product pitches in the busiest parts of the site
  • Named stages, bars and areas people talk about all weekend
  • Content captured on the day by our photo and video team
A long-table feast in the fields at Valley FestFood is a headliner
The setting

Michelin chefs, long-table feasts, lakeside spa

Valley Fest isn't a music festival with a burger van. Food is a headliner in its own right: long-table feasts in the fields, live-fire cooking, Michelin-starred chefs and the best South West producers — plus hot tubs, saunas and ice baths by the lake. Premium hospitality your guests won't get anywhere else.

  • Host clients and teams at the Partners' Dinner Feast and Opening Ceremony
  • Feast seats, spa passes and luxury bell tents built into every package
Valley Fest on the farm above Chew Valley LakePurpose you can prove
The purpose

A festival rooted in the land

The festival grew out of The Community Farm, and every partnership keeps it independent. Impact Partners can back a named project — regenerative growing, the Founders Grove, free tickets for local schools — and tell that story with us all year, not just in August.

  • A working organic farm, not a showground
  • Zero disposable plastic on site
  • Real stories, real people, real mud — no greenwash required

Brands that grew
with the valley

Four very different partners, four very different goals. What they have in common: they didn't buy space, they built something people remember.

Yeo ValleyHeadline partner

The neighbour that helped build the party

The fit
A family-run organic dairy farm a few miles down the road. Same county, same soil, same belief that good food starts with the land.
What they did
Stepped up as headline partner and brought whole areas to the festival — feasts, brunches and sweet treats for the whole family — that we couldn't have done alone.
Why it worked
Top billing gave Yeo Valley the whole weekend, not a moment in it: their name on the festival and their food in people's hands from breakfast onwards.
“They help to oil the cogs of this party machine — they bring areas to the festival which we couldn't do alone.”— Valley Fest

ThatchersOfficial cider

Local cider, poured where it was grown

The fit
Somerset cider makers since 1904, from Sandford — just over the hill from Chew Valley. A heritage brand meeting a local crowd that already loves it.
What they did
A returning partner, bringing Thatchers cider back to the festival and running a Valley Fest competition across their own channels to win tickets.
Why it worked
Category exclusivity plus a big shared moment. The competition drove Thatchers' audience to Valley Fest, and the festival put Thatchers in 10,000 hands.

GreenpeaceStage takeover

A whole stage handed over for the climate

The fit
A festival on farmland teaming up with a frontline environmental organisation — a partnership that made headlines in the music press.
What they did
Curated and took over the Save Our Scene stage on Sunday 2 August 2026, with DJ Format, DJ Paulette, Lynks, Mr Bruce, RuMac and more, presented with The Music Works charity.
Why it worked
A programmed day, not a stall. Greenpeace reached a crowd at its most open, and the takeover became part of the line-up announcement itself.
“If we're celebrating on farmland, we have a responsibility to defend it.”— Luke Hasell, founder, Valley Fest

Nature recovery, in front of the right crowd

The fit
England's biodiversity experts, creating and managing habitat banks that deliver Biodiversity Net Gain. A natural match for a festival that lives on a regenerating farm.
What they did
Partnered with Valley Fest to put nature recovery in front of an audience that already cares where things come from — on the land the work is all about.
Why it worked
The story told itself. A purpose-led partnership on a working farm lands with more credibility than any campaign could buy.

Good questions

Before you ask

Are the prices fixed?

No — every package is a starting point. We shape the final deal around what you want to achieve, and you can add tickets, feast seats, spa passes and accommodation as you customise. Prices exclude VAT.

How do you choose partners?

Places are limited and allocated on social and ethical fit as much as business sense. We're an independent festival on an organic farm, so we look for brands our audience will be glad to see.

Can we have category exclusivity?

Yes. We offer one Official Category Partner per category — beer, cider, coffee, water, wine and more. Pick yours in the enquiry and we'll confirm whether it's free.

What's the security deposit?

When you send a customised package we take a 10% security deposit to hold it while we agree the details. It's fully refundable if we can't agree a package. Quick enquiries don't need one.

Can we sample or sell on site?

Every package includes a placement or sampling pitch, from a standard pitch up to a headline activation by the Lakeside Mainstage. We run a zero-disposable-plastic site, and we'll help you plan an activation that fits.

Can we partner for more than one year?

Yes. Impact Partners get year-round association with the estate and our other events, and the Headline Partner gets first refusal for 2028. Ask us about multi-year deals.
