Here are the conditions of the ticket. Boring maybe, but important!
T&Cs of sale:
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, then a face-value refund will be given, this means it doesn’t include your booking fee. If you have bought a ticket and then find you are performing, we cannot refund and suggest you sell it via SEE tickets Fan to Fan page
- The right of admission is reserved.
- Management reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel the performance.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Animals are not permitted on site, unless they are guide dogs.
- Strictly no glass allowed on site.
- Strictly no fireworks, fire lanterns or balloons allowed on site.
- Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme if necessary.
- Under 18s will not be served alcohol and those who appear under 25 may be challenged and refused if proof of age cannot be produced.
- All alcohol must be purchased using a credit or debit card.
- All under 21s must be supervised by an adult who is over 22 at all times whilst they are attending Valley Fest. This includes whilst camping overnight, no 21s & under are permitted to camp without their supervising adult.
- Teenagers (aged 13 – 17) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian of 22 years and over. One ticket holding parent/guardian can accompany two persons under the age of 21. Anyone who falls into that teenage bracket, who is found to have not been accompanied by someone over the age of 22 may be refused entry or ejected from the festival without a refund.
- Challenge 25 will be in place at the point of entry for all adult ticket holders.
- Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and persons deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities are likely to be ejected without refund.
- Persons who have gained access to the festival site without a valid ticket or permission or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted.
- Valley Fest will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- No generators and no unauthorised sound systems on site, including in campsites.
- Gates close strictly for entry and re-entry at 9.00pm on the Friday and Saturday night.
- All vehicles and people entering site will be liable to be searched.
- If we have capacity, we will make some Sunday day tickets available.
- Festival-goers should be aware that Valley Fest takes place in an outdoor, rural location. There are some roads and pathways on site but the landscape can be difficult to traverse, especially if the weather is bad.
- Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.
- As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for festival promotion.
- Warning: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage
- Unfortunately we are unable to grant permission for drone filming outside that of our own videographers, who follow strict CAA and our own guidelines. The safety of our customers and staff is our main priority and we cannot offer the staffing capacity to allow others to do this operate / fly.
- These terms are subject to change if necessary.
- Recreational Drugs are not permitted at Valley Fest and a Drugs Amnesty policy will be in place upon your arrival. Anyone caught with intent to supply will be handed over the police and removed from the festival. (Please note nitrous oxide is a banned substance.)
- Random bag searches will in place at the entrance. Event security have no statuary right to search you or your belongings, but as this is a condition of entry, you may not permitted entry to the event if you refuse. Those found to be carrying large amounts of alcohol or glass will be asked to return these items to their vehicle. Anyone found carrying illegal substances will not be permitted entry to the event and a refund will not be given.
- You can bring a suitable amount of alcohol for personal use to enjoy at your campsite but not to bring into the main arena. This will be allowed on your first entry. If you already have a wristband, afraid you won’t be able to bring more alcohol in.
- If you bought a ticket and then were asked to perform or work, we can’t refund your ticket, sorry.
- If you are evicted from site but your parents are coming in on Sunday, you still won’t be allowed back in with them.
- Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family environment. If you are wearing clothing or have a tattoo which is indecent or likely to cause offence to other guests or team members, you may be asked to get changed/cover up your tattoo.
