UNDER 18s DJ Competition

By entering into the Valley Fest DJ competition launched on 25^th June 2024, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules.

1. The prize promotion is open to UK residents only.
2. Entrants all entries must be made from within the United Kingdom. Those shortlisted will be asked for proof of age.
3. The prize shall be awarded at the discretion of Valley Fest and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The closing date: for receipt of entries is 8^th July at 23:59, 2024
6.  The winner: The winner will be chosen and notified by 15th July 2024. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within 4 days we reserve the right to pick a new winner (without liability to the original winner).
7. The Prize:  There is one prize which consists of DJing in the Tow and Hitch bar, plus a pair of adult weekend tickets to Valley Fest in 2024.
8. To enter: check you meet the criteria and upload your mix using the form on the DJ competition page.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
10. Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, Valley Fest Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
11. If any promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Valley Fest Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Valley Fest Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

2. Entrants must be under 18 and all entries must be made from within the United Kingdom. Those shortlisted will be asked for proof of age.
3. The prize shall be awarded at the discretion of Valley Fest and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
