Q. Where can I buy a ticket?
A. Tickets are only available via the website and our ticket agent Ticketline and Bath Box Office and Bristol Ticket Shop

Q. What does the tiering of tickets mean?

A. Tier 1, 2 and 3 all provide you with the same access and facilities. Each tier has a number of tickets assigned at that price, so adult weekend tier 1 were £110, tier 2 were £125 and tier 3 are £145. Sunday tiers 1&2 were £40 and tier 3 are £45. When they’re gone, they’re gone! The earlier you buy your tickets the cheaper it is, Get yours quick to get the cheapest tickets!

Q: Help! my ticket hasn’t arrived yet!
A:They will have come from etickets@ticketlight.co.uk and have a tendency to end up in spam folders so please tell the team to double check and let me know.
Q: Help! I have bought an Eventbrite ticket – is it still valid?
A:Yes the Eventrbrite bar codes will be able to be scanned at the box office.  There is also a list of Eventbrite ticket holders at the box office

Q. What are instalment tickets?
A. This allows you to split the payments for all types and tiers of adult tickets into
smaller more manageable chunks.

Q. Can I swap my adult / teen tickets?
A. Sorry, this is not possible. We have fulfilled quotas for each ticket type and need to adhere to our licensed capacity.

Q. Are tickets refundable?
A. No, once you have purchased your ticket/s, your ticket is non-refundable

Q. I’m struggling to redeem my Yeokens offer, can you help?

A To claim your offer, visit Yeo Valley’s  Eventbrite booking site then select the ‘enter promotional code’ text at the top of the ticket pop up and enter your code for the discount to be applied. Any other problems, please contact hello@yeovalley.co.uk for any questions or issues regarding your Yeokens or getting Valley Fest tickets using Yeokens

Q. Do toddlers and babies need tickets?
A. Yes, everyone on site needs a ticket. This is to ensure we know how many people will be onsite, as everyone, regardless of age counts towards our festival’s capacity.

Q. Can under 18’s come on their own?
A. No, no under 18’s can attend the festival on their own. No more than three under 18’s can come with one adult ticket. If you would like to buy more as you have a large family, please email info@valleyfest.co.uk to book your tickets.

Q. Are there day tickets available?
A. Yes, but only for Sunday. We do not have day tickets available for Friday or Saturday

Q. Do all weekend tickets include camping?
A. Yes our weekend tickets include camping from Friday – Monday. However if you want to leave the site at anytime you can, but please be aware of that gates open at 8am and close at 9pm.

Q. Can we hire accommodation onsite?
A. Yes, please see our CAMPING page for details of beautiful tented structures which you can rent for the weekend


Q what time can I arrive?
A The gates open to the public at 12:00 midday on Friday 2nd August 2019, which will give you access only to the car parking field. The festival site will open at 14:00. The site closes to the public at 12:00 midday on Monday 5th August 2019 (this means you need to be tidied up, packed down and off site by this time).
Daily opening times: the gates are open from 8am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday. However, you can leave the site at any time

Q. How do I find out directions / Where is the festival?

Valley Fest takes place on an organic farm and we strive to be as green as possible – we’d love you to do the same! Car parking is available on site for £10 but please consider coming via bike, public transport or lift share. You can contact other festival goers on our Facebook page

Q. Can I still volunteer to get involved/ work at the festival?
A. Yes! Deadlines for applications differ depending what you are looking at – best thing to do is email volunteers@valleyfest.co.uk . We do require a deposit (that will be refunded upon completion of volunteering) to accept volunteer positions.

Q. Can we have dogs on site?
A. We have a no dogs (or any other animals) policy, sorry.

Q. Can we have fires in the campsites?
A. No, you cannot have your own fires or BBQ’s in the campsites, or anywhere on site. There are designated Firepits on site, which you are more than welcome to cook your sausages/marshmallows on!

Q. Can I go back to the carpark to get more stuff after I have entered?
A. Yes – but please take your paper/emailed ticket with you too and you MUST have your wristband ‘zapped’ on exit to gain re-entry.

Q. Do I need to book for the Family Campsite?
A. No, just turn up with some kids and settle in, but it is first come first served.

Q. Can campervans and tents camp together?
A. No, only those with a campervan pass are able to camp in the campervan field. Those with a campervan pass are able to pitch one tent with each campervan pitch, as per the terms of purchase and size of the pitch.

Q. Are there showers available onsite
A. Yes, there are showers available in the campervan field and camping field

Q. What is your plastic policy?
A. We run a zero-disposable-plastic site. Therefore, please bring a water bottle with you, However we will be selling Valley Fest drinking vessels onsite


Q. Can I bring my own alcohol?
A. Yes, you can bring an amount ‘suitable for personal use’ and at the discretion of the Valley Fest team. However this is not to be consumed in the main festival field. By way of a guide 8 cans of beer (or cider) and half of a litre of spirits per person in your group would be acceptable. Please do remember no glass is permitted onsite, glass found during entry searches will be confiscated and not returned.

Q. Can I have a BBQ?
A. No, no BBQs are allowed onsite


Q. I still haven’t heard back about my application!
A. We review applications once they have closed, and endeavour to get back to everybody who has applied. In some cases, due to spam filters on email accounts, they can go into spam so keep those eyes peeled.
