Valley Fest is a small festival located on a working organic farm. Most of the activity takes place in the main festival field. There are some pathways available, but much of the site has a grassy and sloping terrain, which can be difficult to traverse, especially in bad weather. All of the venue entries have a flat and accessible entrance.

Valley Fest recognises that some festival-goers require assistance from a carer or personal assistant (PA). We offer free Carer/PA tickets to those who are over the age of 16 and receive one of the following:

  • Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
  • Receipt of Enhanced Rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Or Registered Deaf or Blind
    Other requests are discretionary

Please contact us (before purchasing weekend ticket/s) if you require a Carer/PA or Accessible Camping (which is limited).

To apply please send supporting documents with your completed application to info@valleyfest.co.uk . Please note that if you buy a ticket for your carer/PA, these will not be refunded.

Carer/PA tickets are linked to the Lead ticket, they are non-transferable and cannot be sold. The carer ticket is provided on the expectation that your carer is willing and able to assist you throughout your festival visit. Free Carer/PA tickets are not allocated to parents/guardians of children under the age of 16.

The general campsite has a reserved accessible camping area – please contact us in advance if you wish to camp here. People who have reserved will also be able to bring their vehicle here and park next to their tent.

Accessible toilets will be available in the campsite and the main arena.
