The Tuck Inn is where most of the foodie action will take place over the weekend. You are advised to come hungry.
The packed programme will include talks and tastings galore, reasonably priced, regionally-sourced tapas will be served at lunchtimes, you can gather with your mates, family and soon-to-friends on long tables and eat to your heart’s content. And who will be cooking up this storm you may ask.
Cue: ANNIE COPLESTONE
Annie started her cooking career in neighbouring town Axminster, working at River Cottage at the age of 19 and moving later to the renowned River Café in Hammersmith. She then travelled to Barcelona where she lived and worked for four years sampling tapas throughout Spain, before returning to the UK in 2018 to work at award winning Moro in London. Annie brings back to her hometown her passion for locally sourced quality produce and fresh Mediterranean flavours.
Carlotta worked in the hospitality business for the past 10 years in London starting as a waitress at Sketch in Conduit Street; which opened the door of fine dining standards in food and service. Working her way up as bartender and manager in various restaurants before heading to Australia for a years experience, Carlotta later arrived back in the UK, where she met Annie and they decided to put into practice their shared experience and love for great food.
