Taking part in this year’s Masterchef The Professionals, Tommy showcased a unique style of cooking with his classic training and bringing influences of Asian flavours to enhance his dishes. Impressing the judges consistently throughout seen him get through to the final 3 of the competition. Originally from Bristol, Tommy has been cooking professionally since the age of 16. He began his cooking career at Thornbury Castle where he learnt his way round every section in the kitchen. A few years later he decided to take the jump into London where he worked in some award winning restaurants such as ‘Chapter One‘ ‘Five Fields’ and ‘The Frog by Adam Handling’. He then decided to come back to his home city and took on the role as head chef at ‘The Ethicurean’ where they won 3 AA rosettes within his first year there.
