You are in for some delicious treats at Valley Fest, not least of all our feasts. We love the idea of everyone getting together and sharing food and laughter, so we put together our feasts so we can do just that!

Start the festival in style with a sumptuous three course banquet from the Yeo Valley Canteen team. Themed along the lines of Legends of the Lake, the menu offers Blagdon trout with seaweed as a starter, Davey Jones’ Meaty Treasure as a main (organic beef from our friends at Coombe Farm Organic) and Mermaid Parfait for dessert. Vegetarian options are also available – we will post the full menu soon. This will be served as a sit down meal with hilarious theatrical entertainment from the 6 Foot Stories team. The fancy dress theme is Legends of the Lake – more information on that coming soon! Last year’s wedding themed feast went down an absolute storm and we are hoping to top that this year. This is an adults only event.

We also offer a Midnight Feast for just £5 – come and collect your box of treats and join us by the fire pits. We will also have firey entertainment on offer and a few surprises up our sleeve as well!

One of the highlights of the festival is undoubtedly the Sunday Picnic. Cooked in front of you by top chefs, you can even chat to them as they serve it to you. There will be a variety of mouth watering hot and cold dishes to choose from, and then you can sit on one of the many picnic blankets laid out at the top of the hill over looking the beautiful Chew Valley Lake.
