If yes, (and you’re over 18) then you could be perfect for our Flat Cap team. Your job is to welcome people onto the land and wander around the festival creating little magical moments for our audience.

It may be giving ice cream vouchers to children who have fallen over. It may be answering questions to those who you catch looking puzzled. It may be telling the odd joke. You can make your own mark, bring your own brand of magic but importantly we want everyone to feel welcome and special when they’ve GOT ON OUR LAND!

In return for your shifts and sparkle, you’ll get fed, watered and receive a ticket. *
